Cyrille Guel is the founding Chair of EducommunicAfrik, a pioneering Youth Organization if francophone Africa which develops media and information literacy initiatives (MIL) for young people. He has studied in a Master in Science of Information and Communication Program. He represents his country at the Economic, Social and Cultural Council of the African Union. Cyrille has rich experience in creating and implementing youth MIL programs. A team member of the OIF and Savoir Devenir’s project “YouVerigy” as the Francophone West Africa Coordinator, he lives in Burkina Faso.
