Rizal De Leon

Rizal De Leon, MA in Information Technology, Assistant Head of the MIS and Instructor with 15 years of experience at the Department of Computer Studies, Philippine College of Science and Technology. He is also a freelance Web Developer/System Developer, a Programmer, Graphics Designer and Layout Artist. Since the pandemic started, Rizal has served as a Curriculum Management System administrator for different schools in the region. A member of the Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators (PSITE) and a former MIL Teacher of a Senior High School.
